How do I change my profile picture?

I see everyone else with pictures in their profile icon.  I clicked on edit my profile but I don’t see an option to change the picture.  How do I do this?

It’s supposed to pull our gravatar picture connected to your email address that you registered.  When you typically comment on blogs do you have a gravatar that automatically appears?

Thanks.  I updated my gravatar at the email I registered with.  I tried updating my profile but it still hasn’t changed the image.  Perhaps time will fix that.
